A food truck fair will be held on the streets of Madrid in the first days of spring

This is how the brightest event of the coming spring can be characterized! Tourists who are lucky enough to be in the capital of Spain these days will be able to take part in festive events, taste the best dishes prepared by the skilled chefs of "snack bars on wheels".

The fair has been held for several years in a row and is incredibly popular not only among the Spaniards, but also among the many guests of Madrid. In the business district of the city, right at the foot of the skyscrapers, a real food camp will be laid out for several days, in which Madrid residents and guests of the city will be offered for tasting both traditional Spanish dishes and new ones prepared according to secret recipes especially for the “tasty” fair.

Desserts, light snacks and full meals will be prepared in the open air, right in front of hungry tourists. According to the organizers of the fair, prices will be democratic and designed for any wallet. Well, as an additional bonus, those present will have the opportunity to see their famous idols and even take pictures with them. At the moment, Chefs Peña and Javier Bricetto have confirmed their participation in the celebration.

The entertainment program is also thought out. Thus, the guests of the fair will be offered to take part in master classes from the best chefs. Bright cocktail shoy and other competitive elements of the culinary action will be held.

Even some components of the festive menu have become known. Thus, participants from the Canary Islands promise to feed everyone with their signature dish of baked potatoes with spicy sauce and white wine. Asturian chefs will bring first-class veal chops, and Catalans will come to the fair with pincho sandwiches and cod dishes.

The participants fell in love with the fair so much that every year indifferent culinary experts from Italy, Mexico and Ireland come to Madrid with their dishes. The event expects to be colorful, satisfying and very memorable! Culinary specialists are waiting for their guests from March 1 to March 6 from 11.30 to 21.00 (on Friday and Saturday - until 22.30). Free admission.
